Our Goals
• Increase children and young adults' culinary knowledge and fuel their interest in cooking for a career or for fun. Kid's of any age.

• Foster creativity and encourage young people to have fun in the kitchen.

• Serve as an educational resource for parents and teachers.

• To inspire and nurture in young people a love of the culinary and baking and pastry arts in a fun informative environment.

• Support the mission for continued education of our youth for excellence, leadership, professionalism, ethics, respect for diversity, the importance of team-work, and self-reliance.
